Torres helped spark the offensive unit for the Minutewomen, hitting .600 at the plate with six extra base hits over five games at the Low Country Classic in Charleston, S.C. Torres had multiple hits in four of the five contests, and helped lead UMass to four consecutive victories.

Madie Jamrog, Junior, RHP, Akron

Madie Jamrog had a spectacular weekend at the Lowcountry Classic, posting a pair of wins along with a 0.78 earned run average in 18 innings pitched. She limited opponents to a .164 batting average, allowing 10 hits and two walks with 11 strikeouts. Jamrog only allowed two earned runs in three appearances with two complete games and two starts.
