MAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Emma King, Akron, Forward 
Freshman, Akron Ohio          
Akron freshman Emma King turned in a solid week registering team-high marks in goals (2) and points (4) on the strength of three shots, all on goal, in a pair of draws for the Zips. In Akron's 1-1 draw at Ball State, she connected on a second-half equalizer to help the Zips earn a 1-1 road draw against the Cardinals. She followed with a first-half goal versus the Central Michigan in a 2-2 draw.
 
MAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Izzie Vaccari, Miami, Goalkeeper     
Senior, Dublin, Ohio (Dublin Coffman)        
Senior Izzie Vaccari had a great week where she earned two shutouts against Western Michigan University and the University of Toledo. On Thursday, she made eight saves to pick up her seventh clean sheet of the season, one that saw her surpass her own career-high of six and also move to second in Miami's record book for career shutouts. On Sunday, Vaccari made three saves and collected another shutout to extend her career-high shutouts to eight and career total to 18.
