Malachi DuVall, 184 lbs., George Mason
Malachi DuVall had an outstanding weekend, winning both of his dual matches in impressive fashion. In the team’s conference-opening victory over Buffalo, DuVall earned a dominant 13–1 major decision over Marcus Petite, avenging a 7–1 loss to Petite in last year’s dual meet. In his second bout against NC State, DuVall needed just 92 seconds to pin Rylan Breen. The fall marked his nation-leading ninth Division I pin of the season—three more than any other wrestler nationally—and improved his overall record to 17–2.
 
Wyatt Henson, 141 lbs., Lock Haven
No. 22 Wyatt Henson went a perfect 2-0 last week with a pair of bonus points in the Bald Eagles' duals at No. 21 Wisconsin and Northwestern.  At 141 pounds, Henson earned a tech fall over Wisconsin's Carson Exferd (21-6), before picking up a ranked victory by downing Northwestern's No. 27 Billy Dekraker (13-4) major decision.
 
West Division Wrestlers of the Week
Brock Woodcock, 165 lbs., SIUE
Among his team-leading three wins at the Norman Duals was a 13-7 victory over returning All-American #33 Peyten Keller of Oklahoma (13-7). He also defeated Duke's Aurelius Dunbar (18-0) by tech fall and Tarleton State's Finn Shepard (15-0) by tech fall.
