Redshirt Senior Sincere Carry helped the Flashes win their first Sun Bowl Tournament title since 1999. For the week, Carry averaged 15 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Carry recorded a game-high 15 points and a team-high six rebounds in the Flashes’ championship game against the University of Texas at El Paso Carry. Carry shot perfectly from the line (11-of-11)on the week and lifted the Flashes with two free throws with seconds left to get a 47-46 win against UTEP.  In the first game of the Tournament, Carry scored 15 points in a 73-63 win over New Mexico State. He was named Sun Bowl Tournament MVP following his performance. Carry has scored double-digits in twelve of the Flashes’ games and has the led Flashes in assists ten times this season.
