MAC Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Justina Intzes, Sophomore, Striker, Miami
Mendoza, Arg. (Santa Maria)
Intzes played a crucial role in Miami's pair of MAC victories on the week. She scored the game-winning and an insurance goal in the win over JMU on Friday. On Sunday, Intzes notched the opener to stake the RedHawks to a 1-0 lead in a game Miami won 2-1. In both victories she was part of a press that allowed only three shots combined between the two games.

MAC Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Deborah James, Junior, Back, Ohio
Hertfordshire, England (Stowe School)
James has been a focal point of the Ohio attack all season, and that did not change this past weekend. The England native played a huge role in both of Ohio's comeback victories over the weekend, earning two assists in both the Appalachian State win and the Bellarmine win. She assisted the game-winning goal against Bellarmine with a great pass that found her teammate right in front of the net for a goal. Her defense also held App State and Bellarmine at bay, allowing Ohio to complete comebacks in both games.
 
MAC Field Hockey Goalkeeper of the Week
Molly Schreiner, Junior, Ohio
State College, Pa (State College Area)
Schreiner continued her standout season this past weekend with some rock-solid goalkeeping in Ohio's undefeated weekend. The junior allowed just one goal on Friday against Appalachian State before recording two saves to help Ohio close out a victory. On Sunday, she was again great, allowing two goals before getting five saves in the rest of the game, coming up big when it mattered right at the end of the game as Ohio held on to win 3-2 over Bellarmine.
