Bulls Complete Weekend Sweep with 7-0 Win Over Binghamton | Box Score

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team (9-0) made it a clean sweep with a 7-0 win over Binghamton for their third victory of the weekend.

The Bulls continued their strong doubles play as Esmee Andresen and Maria Glowacka dominated in a 6-1 win at first doubles, Liv Roestel and Sofia Zagumennova cruised to a 6-2 victory at third doubles and Sarah Hartel and Julia Laspro rallied to a 6-4 win in the second position.

UB then swept singles action as Andresen won 7-5, 6-1 at first singles, Glowacka battled to a 6-4, 7-6 win at second, Laspro picked up a 6-3, 6-4 win at third singles, and Hartel won 6-4, 6-4 at the fourth position. Roestel and Zagumennova made quick work of their opponents, winning 6-1, 6-0 and 6-0, 6-1 at fifth and sixth singles, respectively.

Buffalo is back in action on Thursday, February 12, at Syracuse.


Miami Defeats Cleveland State at Home
HAMILTON, Ohio – The Miami University tennis team picked up a 5-2 victory over Cleveland State University on Saturday afternoon. The RedHawks claimed the doubles point and went on to secure four singles wins. Complete results can be found below.
