Sophomore Ben Sluzas set a new career-best 54-hole score this weekend with an eight-under par 208 to tie for third place at the Hawkeye Invitational. He tied his career-low of 66 in the second round, leading NIU to a team score of 275 that tied the program's 18-hole record set in 2016. It is Sluzas' second top-five finish this season and first since tying for the top spot at the season-opening Badger Invitational.

Score: 69-72-70=211      
Senior Cam Kellett led the way at two-under 211 (69-72-70) for the tournament, including making four birdies in his final round. Kellett totalled 12 birdies over the course of the weekend, tied for 13th-most at the event. The London, Ontario, native finished tied for 15th, one shot better than No. 41 Stephen Campbell Jr. of Oklahoma. All told, the top-15 showing marked Kellett's third of season and fourth of his EMU career.

Score: 70-68-69 = 207   
On a weekend that saw three different Flashes inside the top ten and the whole lineup in the top 25, Vandette rose above the competition, carding all three rounds under par to finish his weekend at -6, splitting the six ranked individuals in West Lafayette this weekend.

Score: (72-75-74--221)  
Danny Fisher tied for 16th out of 77 golfers at the RedHawk Intercollegiate in Fox Chapel, PA. He had six total birdies through three rounds and finished just one above par in round one. Fisher was a top finisher for Miami and led the RedHawks to a ninth place finish. His final round was highlighted by 13 pars made.

Score: 71-73-72=216      
Junior Barend Botha registered his third-straight Top 10 finish to lead the Toledo men's golf team to a fourth-place showing at the RedHawk Intercollegiate. Botha tied for sixth place in the individual standings at three-over par 216, trailing co-medalists Cole Ekert (Richmond) and Nate Adams (North Dakota State) by four shots. He was tied for second in the field with 13 birdies and also registered an eagle.
