CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Mid-American Conference Cross Country Head Coaches have made their pre-championship predictions for the 2023 MAC Cross Country Championship. Reigning MAC Champions Miami Men's Cross Country and Toledo Women's Cross Country  were selected to take home the championship. 

The MAC Cross Country Championship takes place Saturday, October 28th in Bowling Green, Ohio at the Mel Brodt Cross Country Course. You can access all championship needs through the MAC Championship Central Page.
