Offensive Player of the Week

As Massachusetts won 4-3 at Harvard last Monday, Monica Curry played a significant role in the second-half comeback from a 3-0 deficit. Curry had five points with two goals and an assist in 72 minutes of action.
The rookie scored her first career goal to tie the game at 3-3, before registering her first collegiate brace with the game-winning goal. Curry also took four shots with all on frame.

Reese Carpenter anchored the back line for Eastern Michigan this week with clean sheets at No. 3 Michigan State and Robert Morris. EMU allowed 24 shots but just seven came on frame, in addition to keeping opponents scoreless over 16 corner kicks.
EMU's shut out of No. 3 Michigan State was just the fourth time in 50 matches against MAC teams that the Spartans have been held scoreless in East Lansing (first time since 2005).
Furthermore, Eastern's shutout of the Spartans represents the first known clean sheet by a mid-major on the road at a top-3 team since Sept. 18, 2016,

Ella Holland led a stout defensive effort for Eastern Michigan this week with clean sheets at No. 3 Michigan State and Robert Morris.
Holland faced 24 shots in total for the week, making seven saves, in addition to keeping opponents scoreless over 16 corner kicks.
