YPSILANTI, Mich. – Eastern Michigan University Volleyball Head Coach
Kevin Foeman has been selected to coach at the 2026 USA Volleyball Sitting National Team Development Program (SNTDP) Training Camp, March 12-15, in Edmond, Okla.
Foeman will be coaching a national team of any level for the first time in his career.
As described on the USA Volleyball website, "The SNDP welcomes athletes with physical disabilities to learn and train in sitting volleyball toward National Team consideration. Through year-round training camps, athletes develop their volleyball skills and learn team strategies that will prepare them to compete at the elite/international level. The Sitting National Team training site is at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond."
Entering his 11th season as a collegiate head coach in 2026, Foeman boasts a 184-151 all-time record and has mentored a pair of All-MAC selections at EMU while leading the Eagles to an eight-win improvement from the 2023 season (5-25) to 2024 campaign (13-19). He previously saw significant success at NCAA Division II Ashland University, where he was selected as the 2022 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC) Coach of the Year and twice helped Ashland earn a spot in the NCAA Division II Championships (2018 and 2022). The Eagles have also captured the conference division title four times (2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022), while winning the 2022 GMAC Regular Season Championship.
