ZIONSVILLE, Ind. — The Eastern Michigan men's golf team sits alone in first place after two rounds of play at the 2026 MAC Men's Golf Championships. The Eagles have talled a team score of 584 (+16) at The Club at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, Ind. The Miami RedHawks sit in second place, just one stroke behind the Eagles at 585 (+17).
In the individual standings, Joshua Hess of Eastern Michigan and Patrick Raupp of NIU share the top spot with a total score of 142 (E). Hess has carded rounds of 70 (-1) and 72 (+1), while Raupp recorded scores of 69 (-2) and 73 (+2). Rory Obrien from Eastern Michigan and Bence Kotel of Toledo tied for third at 145 (+3), with Kotel making a significant move in the second round by shooting a 69 (-2). The biggest move of the day came from Miami's Michael Weber who posted a 67 (-4) and currently sits in 9th place.
The final round of the MAC Championships is set for tomorrow with tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET // 7:00 a.m. CT. Following the championships, the All-Tournament Team, Golfer of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Kermit Blosser Coach of the Year, and Earl Yestingsmeier Sportsmanship Awards will be handed out.
