Ball State - For the 25th time in 29 seasons, the Ball State women's tennis team was named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team, after earning a 3.5 on Ball State's 4.0 scale.
In addition, seven members of the squad received individual ITA Scholar-Athlete accolades —
Chloe Brown (3.5),
Sydney Hrehor (3.6),
Ella Hazelbaker (3.7),
Sarah Shahbaz (3.8),
Alana Bristow (3.9),
Jemima Williams-Phillips (3.9) and
Isabel Tanjuatco (3.9). This marks the fourth time for Hazelbaker to earn the award and the second for Hrehor, Shahbaz, and Tanjuatco.
Bowling Green - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) has released its list of 2025 All-Academic teams, as well as its list of 2025 Scholar-Athletes. The BGSU Tennis team earned ITA All-Academic status, and landed nine Falcons on the ITA Scholar Athletes list.
To be named an All-Academic Team, a team must achieve an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher, and to achieve Scholar-Athlete status, an athlete must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the current academic year.
The BGSU Tennis athletes that earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status are:
Buffalo - The University at Buffalo women's tennis team was honored for its academic success as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced UB as one of its All-Academic Teams on Monday. In addition, seven Bulls earned Scholar Athlete honors.
To be a scholar-athlete, student-athletes must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA for the previous academic year. Buffalo's selections are

As a team, the Bulls earned All-Academic honors with a team GPA of 3.748.

Miami - Catherine Denysiewicz-Slowek,
Sarah Dev,
Malu Oliveira,
Nishitha Saravanan and
Avery Voss were named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Academic Squad for their efforts during the 2024-25 season. Miami's team was honored with the All-Academic Team as well.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.5 grade-point average during the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
Teams qualify by recording at least a 3.2 team GPA.
Northern Illinois - The Northern Illinois University women's tennis program earned All-Academic Team recognition with six Huskies being named Scholar Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), as announced today (July 21).
To be eligible to qualify as an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must maintain a 3.20 grade-point average or above. A student-athlete must manage a 3.50 grade-point average for the current academic year to be eligible for ITA Scholar Athlete recognition.

Reagan Welch earned Scholar Athlete honors. Righi and Welch earn the honor for the second straight year.
Dzemeshkevich (Software Development), Dimitriev (Operations and Information Management), Righi (Biomedical Engineering), and Welch (Psychology) led the Huskies with a 4.0 GPA during the spring semester. Ninova (Manufacturing Engineering Technology) maintained a 3.934 GPA while Kousiou (Kinesiology) posted a 3.833 mark.
Toledo - The Toledo women's tennis team posted a 3.82 grade-point average in the 2024-25 academic year to earn the ITA All-Academic Team award for the fifth-consecutive season. In addition, all seven Rockets received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for their academic performance during the season.

Gaby Rondon (3.656 GPA) earned their second ITA academic honors of their careers.

Jacklynka Scholten (3.959 GPA) were first-time honorees.
The Rockets posted a 3.774 GPA during the fall semester and led the athletic department with a 3.866 GPA through the spring semester.
Western Michigan - The Western Michigan women's tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association academic honors, with seven student-athletes named ITA Scholar Athletes and the Broncos earning the ITA All-Academic Team honors.

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.0 scale). All varsity letterwinners are factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year (including fall 2024 and spring 2025).
To earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status, a player must meet the following criteria: 1.) be a varsity letterwinner, 2.) have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year, and 3.) have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters (including freshman through senior.
