CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced the selection of 28 student-athletes to the 2025 Women’s Tennis Academic All-MAC Team on Friday.
The Miami RedHawks led all eight MAC teams this year with five student-athletes, followed by MAC Champion Bowling Green, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, and Northern Illinois with four representatives each.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests scheduled or completed in the particular sport. First-year students and ANY transfer students in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award. Outstanding academic and athletic accomplishments for the current season only are considered.
