MAC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
Vanessa Horn, Akron
Vanessa Horn, a Senior from Ludwigsfelde, Germany, was the MAC Track student-athlete of the week. Competing in the women's 400 meters at the Haynes Lancaster Open, she won the race with a time of 54.31. This exceptional performance posted the second-fastest time in indoor program history for the event. She currently ranks 1st in the MAC and 4th nationally.

Cassidy Allen, a Redshirt Senior from Lakewood, N.Y., was the MAC Field student-athlete of the week. She delivered a first-place finish and a career-best mark in the women's pole vault at the Haynes Lancaster Open, clearing 14-1.75 (4.30m). This jump is the No. 4 mark in indoor program history, stands as the No. 4 jump in the NCAA this season, and is No. 1 in the Mid-American Conference.
