MAC Announces Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week

MAC Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
AJ Jordan, Akron
AJ Jordan, a Junior from Columbus, Ohio, was the MAC Track student-athlete of the week. He competed at the Haynes Lancaster Open, where he captured the men's 200 meters with a career-best time of 21.12. This time is the fourth-fastest in indoor program history. His effort stands as the sixth-fastest time in the NCAA this season and is No. 1 in the Mid-American Conference. Additionally, he placed first in the 400M and 4x400 relay at the same meet.
 
MAC Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
Isaac Baltic, Akron
Isaac Baltic, a Sophomore from Medina, Ohio, was the MAC Field student-athlete of the week. At the Haynes Lancaster Open, he had a stellar performance in the men's pole vault, eclipsing a career-best mark of 17-0.75 (5.20m). He placed third overall but secured the top collegiate mark in the competition. His effort stands as the top mark in the Mid-American Conference this season and is ranked No. 11 in the NCAA.
