Two-Minute Drill
• Western Michigan came from behind to down rival Central Michigan 24-21 in front of the largest crowd, 29,299, at Stafford-Smith Field at Waldo Stadium since 2015, reclaiming the Victory Cannon trophy on Saturday Nov. 1. With the win, WMU also retained the Michigan MAC Trophy. 
• Buffalo played their most compete game of the season to defeat Bowling Green, 28-3, at Doyt Perry Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 1. Big plays on offense, defense and special teams helped the Bulls improve to 4-1 in Mid-American Conference play.
• Ohio downed Eastern Michigan, 28-21, to earn its first road victory of the season on Saturday, Oct. 25. Parker Navarro put up a career-high 315 passing yards and two touchdown passes. Two Bobcats had 100-plus receiving yards as Chase Hendricks recorded 112 yards on 10 catches with two touchdowns and Rodney Harris tallied 103 yards.
• Kent State erased an 18-point deficit to defeat Bowling Green 24-21 on Saturday, Oct. 25, snapping a two-game losing streak in the rivalry series. The Golden Flashes trailed 21-3 late in the third quarter before scoring 21 unanswered points to claim their first victory over the Falcons since 2022.
• Akron rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to beat Buffalo 24-16 on Saturday, Oct. 25, snapping the Bulls’ seven-game winning streak over the Zips. Akron handed Buffalo its first MAC loss of the season, outscoring the Bulls 21-6 in the second half with three touchdowns and four interceptions.
• Dequan Finn threw for a touchdown and ran for another in the fourth quarter as Miami rallied for a 26-17 victory to take sole possession of first place in the MAC on Saturday, Oct. 25. The RedHawks have now won 11 straight regular-season conference games. 
• Northern Illinois rushed for over 300 yards and forced three turnovers on defense to reclaim the Bronze Stalk trophy with a 21-7 win over Ball State on Saturday, Oct. 25. Chavon Wright led all players with a season-high 166 rushing yards, while Telly Johnson Jr. also rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown.
