Liam Nelson had a stellar performance at the Flyer Invitational. This was the best performance by any Miami Golfer this fall semester per Clipp'd Scoreboard rankings. In Round 1 Liam made a six birdies in a row to card a 66 (-5). He made a total of 15 birdies for the week which was the 2nd most in the entire field. The final day he was three back of the lead. In tough conditions he maintained his strong play with a 70 (-1). There were only five players under par for the entire tournament.
