CLEVELAND, Ohio – The 11-time Mid-American Conference Champion Akron was picked to take home the Women’s Swimming & Diving Title in the 2025-26 Preseason Coaches Poll, as voted on by the league’s nine head coaches.

The Zips occupy the No.1 spot in the poll with 64 points and eight first-place votes. The Zips have won 11 of the last 12 MAC Championship titles since 2014.
