MAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Week
Lauren Ross, Guard, Western Michigan
Redshirt sophomore Lauren Ross topped her season-high for the third straight game this season, scoring 35 points in Western Michigan’s road victory on Saturday, Dec. 17 over the Cougars of Chicago State. Ross shot 10-for-21 from the field for 47.6 percent and a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line. She added eight rebounds, four assists, and three steals to conclude this week’s play.
