Teon Dollard has gotten of smashing start to his Akron career rushing the ball running for a teambest 241 yards on 38 carries. His 165 yards against Ohio (Nov. 10) represented the highest single-game rushing total since Jawon Chisholm ran for 184 yards against Kent State on Nov. 28, 2014... LB

UT: Senior quarterback
Eli Peters has completed 64.1 percent of his passes for 553 yards and five TDs. His only interception this season was a Hail Mary toss at the end of the WMU game. He ranks first in the MAC with 553 passing yards... Junior

EMU: Eastern will finally see action on its home field Wednesday, Nov. 18, when
Chris Creighton and company welcome MAC West rival Toledo to Rynearson Stadium. EMU is the only team in the conference that opened its season with two road games. Eastern has been all but perfect in its six home openers during the Chris Creighton era, claiming victory in five. The Eagles have outscored their opponents, 234-133, in the six games, and have won by more than 30 twice. Most recently, EMU bested Central Connecticut State, 34-29, to begin the 2019 campaign at Rynearson Stadium, Sept. 21.

CMU: CMU looks to go 3-0 to begin a season for the first time since 2016. The Chippewas began that year with wins over Presbyterian (49-3), at Oklahoma State (30-27) and against UNLV (44-21). The Maroon and Gold are 2-0 in conference action for the first time since 2009. CMU went 8-0 in MAC action that year. The Chippewas defeated Ohio, 30-27, to open the season in Kelly/Shorts Stadium and won at NIU last week, 40-10.
