Anthony scored two game-winning goals in a pair of 1-0 victories for the Broncos against Xavier (receiving votes in Top Drawer Soccer national poll) and Loyola Marymount (ranked #22 in Top Drawer Soccer national poll).

Lluis Martorell continued the impressive start to his SIUE career. He started two more games and posted two more shutouts for SIUE. He made three saves in Tuesday's 1-0 win over Western Illinois in a 1-0 win. He then made four stops against Valparaiso Saturday, including stopping a point blank free kick in the second half. He has now made four starts and has kept four clean sheets for the Cougars. 
 
David Egbo, Akron

Akron junior David Egbo turned in a solid week for the Zips helping Akron to a 1-0-1 mark. In the Zips' 2-0 victory over VCU on Oct. 2, he registered a match- and team-best four shots, including a pair on frame, and garnered the assist on Sam Tojaga's first career goal in the 27th minute (26:43). In Akron's 1-1 double-overtime draw against No. 10 FIU, he scored his team-leading third goal of the season, while contributing three shots, with a pair falling on goal. On the week, he recorded team-high marks in goals (1), assists (1), points (3), shots (7), and shots on goal (4).
 
Ike Swiger, Bowling Green

Bowling Green sophomore forward Ike Swiger scored the game-winning goal midway through the second half as the Falcons won, 1-0, at Detroit Mercy in BGSU’s lone match of the week. Swiger scored for the second consecutive match, and the GWG was the first of his Falcon career. He was making his first collegiate start in the UDM contest. Swiger and the Falcons are 6-3-1 heading into a Tuesday match at IUPUI.
