CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference Women's Soccer head coaches have made their preseason predictions for the 2026 season. Two-time reigning MAC regular season and tournament champion Western Michigan was selected as the favorite to win both the regular season and tournament titles. Head coaches were not allowed to vote for their own teams in the poll.

The Broncos received 119 points and nine first-place votes, while also earning four votes to win the conference tournament.

Miami was picked to finish second with 102 points, collecting two first-place votes and two votes to win the 2026 conference tournament. Bowling Green was selected third with 101 points, while Buffalo was slotted fourth with 97 points.

The Falcons received three selections to win the tournament title. The Bulls received two tournament votes and one first-place vote.

The MAC Women’s Soccer Championship will return to Historic Crew Stadium in 2026 after a historic neutral-site event last year. Postseason action kicks off on Saturday, Nov. 7, with a pair of quarterfinal matches. Semifinal matches are slated for Tuesday, Nov. 10, before the championship match on Friday, Nov. 13.
