ORLANDO, Fla. -- Golfweek announced today its All-American teams for the 2025-26 women's golf season. Kent State's Veronika Kedronova took home Second Team All-American honors, while Eastern Michigan's Janae Leovao collected Third Team All-American accolades.
Kedronova helped lead Kent State to the 2026 MAC Women's Golf Championship Title and came away with Individual Medalist honors with a 54-hole score of 203 (-7), which is also good for the lowest shot total and second-lowest score to par by any player in MAC Women's Golf Championship history. The KSU junior also ended her impressive season with a national ranking of no. 22.
Leovao was instrumental to the Eagles' success all season, perhaps most notably at NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships. The EMU senior drained a birdie putt to clinch her match and cement Eastern Michigan's historic upset over no. 4 Texas. In the process, Eastern Michigan became the first non-Power 4 team to reach the semifinals in match play since the format began in 2015. Leovao finished her exceptional season ranked no. 46 in the nation.
Since 1999, Golfweek has selected All-Americans in addition to Players and Coaches of the Year in men's and women's college golf. The tradition of honoring the best in college golf continues this year.
