BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Following the NBA Draft on June 23-24, two former Bowling Green men's basketball players have found homes on NBA teams.
Javontae Campbell, who holds the top two single-season steals marks in program history, signed with the Philadelphia 76ers' summer league roster. Additionally, Rashaun Agee who spent two seasons in the Orange and Brown from 2022-24, signed an Exhibit-10 deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Campbell is coming off a two-year Bowling Green career that included a long list of honors, including both academic and athletic achievements. The 2025-26 MAC Defensive Player of the Year, Campbell was a finalist for the Lefty Driesell Award and was named to the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Late-Season Team. Campbell was named NABC All-District Second Team, the first Falcon to receive the recognition since Justin Turner in 2020-21. He added two MAC All-Defensive Team honors to his resume, as well as being All-MAC First Team in 2025-26 and All-MAC Third Team in 2024-25. His athletic achievements rounded out with five MAC Player of the Week selections.
As for academics, Campbell was a two-time MAC Scholar-Athlete of the Week. During his time at Bowling Green, he added CSC Academic All-District honors, Academic All-MAC honors and was named to the NABC Honors Court.
Starting all 32 games for the Falcons in 2025-26,
Javontae Campbell put together a historic campaign. Campbell broke the program's single-season steals record with 97, finishing third all-time in the Mid-American Conference and leading the nation for the season. Campbell averaged a team-leading 18.7 points per game, including a MAC-leading 21.4 points per game against MAC opponents. In addition to his scoring outputs, Campbell shot 50.0-percent from the field for the season, ranking ninth in the MAC. He rounded out his strong stat line with 163 assists, leading the team and ranking eighth in program history while averaging 6.0 assists per game against MAC opponents to rank third in the conference.
As for his first season in Bowling Green in 2024-25, Campbell was one of just four Falcons to appear in all 32 games, averaging 30.6 minutes a contest. Campbell tallied 90 steals in his first year, setting the program's single-season record only for him to break it again a year later. He also posted the program's first triple-double since 2006-07 with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists against Aquinas, becoming one of just 22 players in the nation with a triple-double during the season.
Looking back on his career as a whole at BGSU, Campbell totaled 187 steals over two seasons, ranking fifth in program history. As for the offensive end, he tallied 1,075 points for the Falcons, becoming the 50th player in program history with 1,000 points while finishing 42nd all-time. He averaged 16.8 points per game, ranking 12 in program history and tallied 47 points in a game against UMass on Jan. 3, 2026, the fifth-most points in a single-game in program history, the most since 1964 and the most ever in program history in a road game.
Campbell's deal with the Philadelphia 76ers will earn him a spot on their NBA Summer League roster with opportunity to compete against NBA prospects. The California Classic Summer League will play July 3-6 with the Salt Lake City Summer League competing July 4-7. Play will continue in Las Vegas from July 9-19.
