AVON, Ohio -- The Mid-American Conference has announced an update to the schedule of the 2026 MAC Baseball Championship at ForeFront Stadium in Avon, Ohio.

Due to inclement weather, Game 9 of the tournament between No. 2 Kent State and No. 3 Toledo will now start 11:45 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 23. 

The winner of Game 9 will then advance to face No. 4 Northern Illinois in the championship game on Saturday, May 23, at a time to be determined.

All games will be broadcast on ESPN+.

If necessary, Game 11 of the tournament will be played on Sunday, May 24, at 12 p.m. ET. Stay tuned to @MACSports on social media or getsomemaction.com for further updates.
