AKRON, Ohio -- The Kent State Golden Flashes won the program's 27th consecutive MAC Women's Golf Championship on Tuesday afternoon, posting a team score of 831 (-9) across 54 holes of play at Firestone Country Club. Kent State's Veronika Kedronová took home the individual medalist title with a final score of 203 (-7), becoming the 21st Golden Flash in the program's history to do so. Kedronová's final tally of 203 (-7) is the lowest shot total and second-lowest score to par by any player in MAC Women's Golf Championship history.
Fellow Golden Flash Gracie Larsen also posted a final score in the red numbers, finishing at 208 (-2) to secure runner-up honors while Eastern Michigan's Savannah de Bock was next in third place individually at 210 (E). Kent State's Leon Takagi and Bowling Green's Sammie Dolce then rounded out the individual top-five at 211 (+1). All five golfers also earned a spot on the 2026 MAC Women's Golf All-Tournament Team.
