Emory Klatt was nearly perfect from the field while posting averages of 23.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game to lead Kent State to a pair of victories. Klatt made her first 16 field goals attempts of the week and shot 18-of-19 overall. She set a new scoring career-high in both games and had nearly as many points (46) as minutes played (48). Klatt shot a perfect 7-of-7 against Ohio on Wednesday and finished with 17 points and career-high 12 rebounds to help give the Bobcats their first loss of conference play. Against rival Akron on Saturday, Klatt scored 29 points and grabbed a team-best six rebounds. She shot 11-of-12 from the floor to set the Kent State single-game field goal percentage record (.947).
