CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook has unveiled its predictions for the 2025-26 Mid-American Conference men's basketball season, including its 2025-26 MAC Forecast and Preseason All-Conference honors.

The Akron Zips were predicted to finish in the conference's top spot, followed closely by the Miami RedHawks after a nailbiter in the Championship Game of last year's MAC Tournament. Kent State took the third spot after a strong run through the NIT last March, including wins at St. Bonaventure and Stanford. The Ohio Bobcats and Toledo Rockets were next to round out the Blue Ribbon top five predictions.
