CLEVELAND – A total of 85 Mid-American Conference women’s lacrosse student-athletes were named to the 2025 Women’s Lacrosse Academic All-MAC Team, as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
Five institutions placed at least 10 student-athletes on this year’s team, led by Kent State with 17 for the second straight year. Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan were close behind with 14 honorees, while Youngstown State had 12 student-athletes represented.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
