Some key buckets by Becki Saturday and her senior leadership helped the Cardinals remain unscathed in Mid-American Conference action with 12-0 mark. Becki drove to the basket on many occasions against the Eagles Saturday and would lead all scorers with 20 points while shooting 75 percent (6-8) from the field. Becki also helped the Cardinals punch their ticket to the MAC Tournament in a Cleveland. BSU also earned its 20th win of the season after defeating the Eagles. For the week, Becki averaged 20 points while dishing out 5.0 assists per contest. She also went perfect from the free throw line, 7-of-7.

Chelby Koker led all players Saturday with 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists with zero turnovers in NIU's 60-51 win at Western Michigan, the Huskies' third win in a row. Koker was 9-for-15 from the field and 2-for-5 from the three-point arc. She scored eight of NIU's 12 points in the first quarter, and also scored eight straight points in a 14-2 fourth quarter run that put the game away. Koker moved into fifth all-time at NIU in career scoring with 1,813 points.
