Singles Player of the Week
Maria Glowacka, Freshman, Buffalo
Freshman Maria Glowacka had another big weekend as she went 3-0 in her matches for the second straight week to improve to 6-0 on the semester. On Friday, she won 6-4, 6-3 at second singles to lead UB to a 6-1 road victory at Youngstown State. She then moved up to the first singles position over the weekend, defeating Skidmore 6-3, 6-3 and Rochester 6-2, 6-1 to help lead the Bulls to a pair of 7-0 sweeps.

Doubles Team of the Week
Sarah Shahbaz/ Isabel Tanjuatco, Ball State 
The No. 1 doubles tandem of Sarah Shahbaz and Isabel Tanjuatco went 2-0 this weekend on the top court for the Cardinals. The duo began the weekend with a 6-1 take down over the EIU Panthers No. 1 twosome of Aleyla Wooten and Michelle Kostadinova. Shahbaz and Tanjuatco then closed out the weekend with a 6-1 defeat Sunday over Oaklands' No. 1 doubles team of Emilia Jarvinen and Warisara Lee. The duo helped the Cardinals earn the doubles point and eventual wins over both EIU (6-1) and beat Oakland (5-2).
