MAC Football Co-Offensive Players of the Week
Sieh Bangura, Ohio, RB

Bangura had a career night against the Massachusetts Minutemen (Nov. 18), leading the Bobcats to a 42-14 win as well as their 13th consecutive victory on Frank Solich Field. Logging a career-high 196 rushing yards on 27 touches, the running back scored two of Ohio's six rushing touchdowns. Bangura's career night included surpassing 1,000 rush yards on the season for the second time in his career, becoming the fifth Bobcat in program history to reach that mark. The redshirt senior also passed 3,000 career rushing yards, becoming the fifth Ohio player to record such a stat as well. Bangura is the fourth Bobcat in program history to hit both career milestones.
Chip Trayanum, Toledo, RB
Sr., Akron, Ohio (Archbishop Hoban)
Chip Trayanum rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown on 15 attempts in Toledo's 38-9 win over Ball State. Trayanum carried the ball on all five plays on a touchdown drive in the second quarter, including runs of 16, 31 and 21 yards that gave the Rockets a 21-3 edge. His performance helped him cross the 2000-yard rushing mark for his career.
MAC Football Defensive Player of the Week
Jordan Kwiatkowski, Central Michigan, LB
Senior, Sterling Heights, Mich. (Sterling Heights)
In Central Michigan's 28-16 win at Kent State, Jordan Kwiatkowski led the Chippewas with 14 tackles, a career-high 4.5 tackles for loss for 24 yards, a forced fumble and a sack for 12 yards. His 4.5 tackles for loss ranks tied for No. 11 all-time in school history. Registered his second forced fumble in as many games.
MAC Football Co-Special Teams Players of the Week
Matthew Schramm, Akron, Kicker
R-Fr., Dublin, Ohio (Dublin Coffman)
Matthew Schramm was responsible for 13 of the Zips 19 points in the regular season finale win over Bowling Green on Tuesday. Schramm made all four field goal attempts, splitting the uprights from 48, 39, 37 and 30 yards. In addition, he made his only extra point attempt in the Zips 19-16 road wind. Schramm also had a 47-yard kickoff. The 48-yard field goal was a career-high, replacing the previous week’s 44-yarder.
Dom Dzioban, Miami, Kicker
6th - Senior, Frankfort, Ill. (Lincoln Way East)
Dom Dzioban was perfect last Wednesday in Miami's 37-20 win at Buffalo. The 6th-year senior knocked in all three field goal attempts and added four extra points as the RedHawks became bowl eligible for the ninth time in the past 10 seasons. Dzioban, a Lou Groza Award semi-finalist, connected on field goals from 42, 37 and 49 yards.
