Carson Tyler, Outside Hitter, Ball State
Sophomore outside attacker Carson Tyler helped the Ball State women’s volleyball team secure the 2025 MAC regular season title and the No. 1 seed in the MAC Volleyball Championship by averaging 4.57 kills and 3.71 digs per set last week ... She recorded kill/dig double-doubles in each of the Cardinals wins over Eastern Michigan, including a match-high 20 kills in Friday’s victory which was her seventh match this season with 20-or-more kills ... Tyler’s 12 kills in Thursday’s sweep were also a match-high ... Tyler also served up three aces and tallied three total blocks, while hitting .229 for the week.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Reeghan Boyer, Libero, Western Michigan
In her final home matches as a Bronco, Reeghan Boyer totaled 34 digs (5.67/set) and went a perfect 11-for-11 in serve receive to help WMU to a weekend sweep of Kent State. The senior collected a match-high 20 digs on Friday, and then celebrated her Senior Day with a match-high 14 more on Saturday.
 
Setter Pair of the Week
Hayden Hicks / Kamryn Utley, Miami
Senior Hayden Hicks and sophomore Kamryn Utley combined for 111 assists (6.17 assists/set), helping Miami to 138 kills (15.33/set) over a pair of wins at Central Michigan. Hicks tallied 56 assists (6.22/set), 14 digs (1.56/set), two kills (0.22/set) and one service ace (0.11/set). Utley totaled 55 assists (6.11/set), 10 digs (1.11/set) and five service aces (0.56/set).
