Zips Win Back to Back MAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship Titles!

DEKALB, IL- The Akron Zips won back-to-back men's championship titles after a strong final day. The Zips finished with 189 team points, followed by Kent State with 171 team points.

The Zips were led by Brian Masai, who won both the men's 1500 meters and men's 5000 meters. 

Charles Sanders won the men's 400. While Teammate Jimmy Harkelroad won the men's 400 meter hurdles. 

Akron's 4x400 team finished first with a time of 3:09.32.
