Singles Player of the Week
Karin Hamilton, Western Michigan, Senior
Hamilton went 2-0 at No. 2 singles as the Broncos picked up wins at Buffalo and at home against Northern Illinois. Against the Bulls she won 6-4, 6-3 against Arza Deniz Comlek. She then earned the match-winning point against the Huskies after a 6-1, 6-0 win over Diana Lukyanova. Hamilton is now 4-0 in MAC play and 9-0 in dual matches this season.
 
Doubles Team of the Week
Cassie Alcala/ Julia Kuszynski, Toledo, Senior/Senior
Senior dup Cassie Alcala and Julia Kuszynski went 2-0 from the No. 1 court to help Toledo capture both doubles team points against Miami and Bowling Green on the road. Toledo's duo won 6-4 vs. Catherine Denysiewicz-Slowek/Nishitha Saravanan (MU) and 6-3 vs. Lucy Furness/Hannah Neuman (BGSU). Alcala and Kuszynski have won the last five matches together and are undefeated against conference opponents. UT's double win weekend keeps them undefeated at 6-0 in MAC play and notched its 17th consecutive win in regular-season competition.
