Katie Shumate had another stellar week and averaged 19.5 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game to lead Kent State to a pair of wins that secured a top-3 seed in the upcoming MAC Tournament. Shumate led all players with 23 points and 9 rebounds in a victory at Eastern Michigan on Wednesday. On Senior Day against Buffalo, she led the Golden Flashes with 16 points and matched her career-high in rebounds (13) and assists (5) while adding 3 steals and 2 blocked shots.
