Jagmeet Kaur, Buffalo, Grad Student
Graduate student Jagmeet Kaur came up big for the Bulls as she overcame a dropped first set to win a three-set thriller 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 and earn the clinching point for Buffalo in a big 4-3 road win at Bowling Green to open MAC play on Friday. Kaur and teammate Deanne Choo also earned a 6-3 win at third doubles to help UB clinch an important doubles point.
 
Doubles Team of the Week
Sabina Brichackova /Ksyusha Saenko, Eastern Michigan, Junior/Freshman
The Eastern Michigan duo battled for a 7-6(5) victory at No. 3 doubles to secure the doubles point for the Eagles at Miami Sunday. It marked the first time this year the Eagles have secured the doubles point on the road the first time Eastern has won the doubles point from Miami since April 17, 2016.
