Jihad led the Cardinals in scoring in wins at Buffalo (87-59) on Tuesday and against Northern Illinois (81-71) on Saturday, dropping 20 points against the Bulls and a 28-point, 14-rebound double-double against the Huskies. The junior forward out of Detroit added nine rebounds and four assists on Tuesday and followed that up with three assists and two blocks on Saturday. For the week, Jihad averaged 24.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, adding 3.5 assists per outing while shooting 15-of-28 (.536) from the floor and 12-of-14 (.857) from the free throw line.

Scored a game-high 18 points (6-11 FG), converted 6-9 free throws, grabbed seven rebounds with eight assists in 72-55 home win vs. Miami (OH). Finished the week averaging 20.5 points, 7.5 boards, and 7.0 assists per game, also swiping 2.0 steals per contest out while shooting 15-of-26 (.577) FG and 11-of-14 (.786) from the charity stripe.
