Singles Player of the Week
Karin Hamilton, Western Michigan, Senior
Hamilton went 2-0 in WMU's opening week of the Spring season. In WMU's sweep of Ferris State, she earned a 6-3, 6-0 win over Parker Nolan at No. 3. She got one of the Broncos' two points in their loss to Indiana. She defeated Saby Nihalani 3-6, 7-6 (7-2), 1-0 (10-4) at No. 2.
 
Doubles Team of the Week
Erika Dimitriev/Nataly Ninova, NIU, Junior/Sophomore
Dimitriev and Ninova defeated the No. 26 ranked pair in the country on Sunday with a dominating 6-0 win over James Madison's Cate Broerman and Hope Moulin at No. 1 doubles as NIU claimed the doubles point over JMU. Dimitriev and Ninova also faced the No. 1 team from Wisconsin over the weekend. That match was unfinished.
