MAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Week

Becki led the Cardinals with back-to-back wins over two Power-five opponents in ACC foe Pitt and SEC foe Georgia this week at the Sun Coast Challenge in Tampa, Fla. Becki led the Ball State charge averaging 16.5 points per game, 7.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 3.0 steals while going perfect from the charity stripe. Becki with less than .03 seconds on the clock hit the game-winning jumper to help propel the Cardinals past the Bulldogs (52-51). Becki’s game-winner helped Ball State be crowned the Sun Coast Challenge champions and she was also tabbed the tourney’s most valuable player. In the Cardinals first game against Pitt, Becki chipped in 17 points to help BSU defeat the Panthers, 73-62.
