Sal Perrine, Ohio, Junior, 174lbs
Coming off of a fifth-place finish at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, junior Sal Perrine took care of business in his match versus Navy's Danny Wask. Wask, the 20th-ranked 174-pounder in the country, placed fourth at Cliff Keen. Perrine defeated Wask by way of a 4-3 decision. The win gave him his eleventh of the season and third over a ranked opponent.

Terry won his second straight Cleveland State Open at 149-pounds after going 4-0. He started the day with consecutive decisions before winning the semis and championships by major decisions.
