CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Toledo Rockets have been selected to repeat as MAC regular season and tournament champions in the 2023-24 Women's Basketball Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league’s head coaches. The Rockets received 11 first place votes to win the regular season championship, while notching 10 votes to win the 2024 tournament title inside Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. 

Ball State was picked to finish second and received a vote to win the regular season championship. The Cardinals also garnered two votes to win the tournament title. Kent State followed closely after with 102 points. 

Ten of the league's top women's basketball players were also selected to the Preseason All-MAC first and second teams as announced by the league office.
