Jenna Blackburn had a great week, helping Western Michigan move into sole possession of first place in the Mid-American Conference.
On Thursday, Blackburn netted a goal and dished out an assist in a 2-0 victory at Kent State. Blackburn had three shots and two on goal in the game.
In a 4-1 win against Buffalo on Sunday, Blackburn was solid again, assisting on the game-tying goal in the first half and scoring the Broncos' fourth goal of the game in the second half. She had six shots with three on goal.

Dominique Popa had two consecutive clean sheets this week as Miami extended its win streak to three with victories over Ohio (1-0) and Akron (2-0).
She was a massive part of Miami's win over Ohio, securing eight saves in the match. She improved her Goals Allowed Average to 1.23 following last week’s performance.
