Jake Ferri, Kent State, 125 lbs.

Ferri went 3-1 at the historic Virginia Duals over the weekend, improving to 11-4 on the year. His lone loss of the weekend was a narrow 8-6 decision to top-40 wrestler Anthony Molton of Campbell. Ferri rebounded with an impressive 7-6 win vs Tanner Jordan of #15 South Dakota State to close Friday. He was even more impressive on Saturday, besting Patrick McCormick of Virginia 5-3 before securing a first-period pinfall against Matt Ricci of Navy.

Ty Bagoly, Clarion, 197 lbs.

Ty Bagoly improved to 12-5 on the season and 7-2 in dual matches with a pair of victories on Saturday, helping the Golden Eagles to dual wins against VMI (W 34-4) and Long Island (33-6). Bagoly started his day with a decision over the Keydets' Tyler Mousaw, winning by an 8-3 score over VMI's top-ranked wrestler. He followed up with a quick win by fall over the Sharks' Joe LoPresti, pinning him just 32 seconds into their bout to cap the team's 2-0 day.
 
Marcus Robinson, Cleveland State, 157 lbs.
Senior, Arkansas City, Kan.         
Robinson led the Vikings to their third straight victory and second in the MAC after recording a fall in 1:06 of his match against Edinboro on Saturday. The senior improved to 9-3 overall on the year and 3-0 in dual matches.
 
Ben Cushman, Central Michigan, 184 lbs.

Central Michigan senior Ben Cushman posted victories over higher-ranked opponents in helping the Chippewas to a pair of league dual-meet wins over the weekend. Cushman, who is ranked ninth in the MAC coaches rankings, posted a pivotal 6-2 win over seventh-ranked Matt Zuber in CMU's 23-18 victory over Northern Illinois on Friday. That victory pulled the Chippewas to within a point, 18-17, in the dual and was part of a meet-ending streak during which CMU won six of seven matches. On Sunday, Cushman pinned eighth-ranked Sergio Villalobos of SIUE at the 1:24 mark to clinch the Chippewas' 26-11 victory.
 
Jacob Brya, NIU, 141 lbs.
Freshman, St. Johns, Mich. (St. Johns)   
Jacob Brya made his inaugural dual start for NIU a memorable one as the true freshman earned a fall against Jimmy Nugent of Central Michigan Friday night in Mount Pleasant. Brya amassed a commanding 8-1 lead against Nugent before, in the third period, securing the third fall and fifth bonus-point win of his freshman campaign.
 
Sal Perrine, Ohio, 174 lbs.
Sophomore, Northfield, Ohio (Nordonia)             
Perrine was dominant on day one of the Virginia Duals in Hampton, Va. He recorded his first victory of the day against Virginia's Victor Marcelli, securing an 8-2 decision. Later in the day, the sophomore defeated No. 23 Maryland's Dom Solis with a 5-3 decision.
