MAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Kristina DeMarco, Miami, Forward  
Senior, Perrysburg (Perrysburg)       
Kristina DeMarco helped lead her team with two goals versus Central Michigan University and Eastern Michigan University. DeMarco had seven shots (four on-goal) this last week and knocked two in against Eastern Michigan University to secure the win for the RedHawks. Miami is now 5-2-3 on the year.
 
MAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
McKenna Schultz, Toledo, Defense  
Freshman, Rochester, Mich. (Rochester Adams)    
Schultz played all 180 minutes to help Toledo register a pair of shutouts to open MAC play. Schultz was part of a team effort that helped the Rockets outshoot Northern Illinois by an 18-2 margin in their conference-opening 3-0 victory in DeKalb.  She then helped Toledo hold a decisive 18-9 advantage in a 2-0 home shutout over Western Michigan. Schultz also assisted on the Rockets' second goal of the game in each of their victories when her free kicks from distance resulted in goals.
