Corbyn Munson, Central Michigan, R-Junior

Central Michigan's Corbyn Munson went 5-0 to place first at 149 pounds at the Cleveland State Invitational. Munson, a redshirt junior from Chelsea, won one match by pin, another by technical fall, and a third by major decision. He defeated Dan Mancini of Pittsburgh, 4-2, in the title match to improve to 11-3 on the season. Munson's 16-0 technical fall win came over Purdue's Jaden Reynolds; his 14-6 major decision victory came over Chance Lamer of Michigan; and his pin came at 5:42 over Brayden Roberts of West Virginia in the semifinals. Munson improved to 11-3 on the season.
Riley Smucker, Cleveland State, So.
Smithville, Ohio – 165 lbs.
Riley Smucker was the lone Viking to win a championship, claiming the 165-pound title. Smucker began the day with an 11-5 decision over Patrick Daum of West Virginia and followed that up with a 12-5 win over Eli Brinsky of Clarion. Smucker then pinned Chandler Amaker of Central Michigan in 1:05 during the quarterfinals. He advanced to the title match after pinning Jake Null of NC State in 1:21. In the championship match, Smucker upended Tracy Hubbard of Central Michigan, 6-4.

Parker McClellan, Lock Haven, Junior
Altoona, Pa. (Altoona) -- 197 lbs.
The junior rolled to three dominant wins at the Messiah Duals on Saturday. In the opener against Messiah, McClellan wasted no time pinning Joe Embleton in the opening period. Parker then notched a 8-0 major decision victory over Michael Dooley of Stevens. He ended his day in style over Bruce Vaughan of Millersville with a second period pin to cap a 3-0 day. The junior picked up bonus points in each of his matches including two of the Bald Eagles seven pins on the day.
Saul Ervin, SIUE, R-Junior
Morganfield, Ky. (Union County HS) – 141 lbs.
Ervin earned a pair of close wins for the week over Chattanooga and Illinois. He now holds an overall record of 8-3 and is ranked as high as 19th in the FloRankings. - Duncan was ranked as high as fifth nationally in the Intermat rankings
Jordan Slivka, Ohio, R-Sophomore
Indianapolis, Ind. (Cathedral High School) – 157 lbs.
In the Bobcats' 50-0 victory over Bellarmine (Dec. 11), Slivka secured his win when he pinned his opponent at 4:28. This marked Ohio's second pin of the evening and extended Slivka's match winning streak to 7.
