MAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week
Marreon Jackson, Toledo, Guard

Jackson led Toledo to a pair of victories this week by averaging 20.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocked shots per game.  Jackson opened the week with a 23-point, eight-assist, seven-rebound and four-steal effort in a 96-87 (OT) win at Marshall. He dominated the overtime by scoring 14 of the Rockets’ 16 points after the Thundering Herd had rallied from 10 points down to send the game to an extra session. Jackson then tallied a team-high 18 points and five assists to go along with six rebounds in a 71-57 victory over Valparaiso. Jackson is leading Toledo with 16.6 ppg, 5.3 apg and 1.7 spg.
