Cardinals Fall To Broncos
MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State men's tennis team paid tribute to its four seniors Lucas Andersen, Tom Carney, Marko Guzina and Nemanja Guzina, along with former player and graduate assistant Lucas Andersen today at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center. In their last match at home, Conner Andersen and classmate Carney ended on a high note with singles wins at the five and six positions, respectively. But it wasn't enough today, as the Cardinals (10-12, 1-4 MAC) fell to the defending MAC Tournament and regular season champions Western Michigan (15-8, 6-0 MAC) by a score of 5-2.

Buffalo:
Bulls Tame Huskies
WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team improved to 5-1 in the Mid-American Conference on Sunday afternoon with a 5-2 win over Northern Illinois at the Miller Tennis Center. The Bulls came back with a huge victory in doubles earning a hard-fought first point of the afternoon. Northern Illinois took the match at second doubles, while sophomores Matthew Johnson and Valdemar Holm won at third, 6-2, to tie it up. The doubles contest came down to one where senior Ethan Nittolo and junior Hao Sheng Koay had to fight back from an early 5-2 deficit. The pair was able to get the match into a tiebreak with the Bulls emerging victorious, 7-4, to take a 1-0 lead in the match.

Men's Tennis Concludes Road Slate With 4-3 Win At Toledo
TOLEDO, OH – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team picked up its fourth Mid-American Conference victory of the season on Friday as the Bulls defeated Toledo 4-3 on the road, UB's final regular season road contest of the year. The Bulls won the doubles point, which ended up being the difference as the two squads split the six singles matches. Toledo took the doubles match at third doubles, but UB came away with wins at one and two. At first doubles, Hao Sheng Koay and Ethan Nittolo scored a 6-3 win, propelling Nittolo into the record books as he became UB's winningest doubles player. Junior Vilhelm Fridell and sophomore Nickolas Frisk also won their match at second doubles, 4-3.

Toledo:
Rockets Drop Close Contest To Bulls
TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's tennis team fell 4-3 to Buffalo at the UT Varsity Courts on Friday. The Rockets had a slow start, dropping the doubles point despite senior Juan Carranza and freshman Cole Shoults' 6-3 victory over Matthew Johnson/Valdemar Holm on the No. 3 court.

Western Michigan:
Broncos Clinch Share Of Regular Season Title
MUNCIE, Ind. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team improved to 6-0 in the Mid-American Conference to clinch the No. 1 seed for the MAC Tournament and at least a share of the regular season title with a 5-2 win at Ball State University Saturday afternoon. While remaining undefeated in the conference with their second win of the season over Ball State, the Broncos have locked up the top seed for the MAC Tournament for the second consecutive season. WMU hosts the conference championship for the 12th time in program history, April 19-21.
