Ball State:
Cardinals Top IUPUI, 6-1

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Cardinals improved to 10-9 on the season after their dominating 6-1 win over IUPUI (10-6) Wednesday afternoon at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center. It didn't take long for the Cardinals to take the early momentum at the start of doubles play today against IUPUI. The No. 1 twin brother duo of Nemanja and Marko Guzina did not give up a game to the Jaguars' Alex Jochim and Colton Morehart, winning the match 6-0.

Men's Tennis Falls At Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Ball State men's tennis team (9-9, 1-2 MAC) came up short Friday afternoon in Mid-American Conference action, after suffering a 4-3 setback at Toledo (9-8, 2-1 MAC). The Rockets were able to take the early 1-0 edge over the Cardinals after winning the doubles point. On court one, Marko and Nemanja Guzina fell first to Omar Espinosa and Luka Vitosevic, 6-4. Ball State's No. 3 duo of Chris Adams and Conner Andersen were able to make it 1-1 with their 6-3 take down over Juan Carranza and Cole Shoults. Binghamton:
Bearcats Swept By Western Michigan


KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Defending Mid-American Conference champion Western Michigan (12-7, 4-0 MAC) showed its strength with a 7-0 win over visiting Binghamton men's tennis (8-11, 0-4 MAC) Saturday afternoon at West Hills Athletic Club. The league-leading Broncos captured the doubles point and then rattled off wins at all six singles slots.  Full Story...

Men's Tennis Tripped By NIU

ROCKVILLE, Ill. - Host Northern Illinois (9-9, 1-2 MAC) won the doubles point and five of six singles matches to topple Binghamton (8-10, 0-3 MAC) 6-1 in a Mid-American Conference men's tennis match Thursday afternoon at Boylan Tennis Center. Junior No. 3 Tiago Lourenco provided BU with its lone point after a hard-fought three-set win overe Bor Schweiger Muzar.  Full Story...

Buffalo:
Bulls Drop First Match At Western Michigan

KALAMAZOO, MI – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team dropped its first Mid-American Conference match of the season, falling to Western Michigan, 4-3, on Friday night in Kalamazoo, MI. The Bulls dropped to 7-6 overall and 2-1 in MAC play. Western Michigan won two of the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point. After the teams split the first doubles matches, Western Michigan's Peter Kusynski and Jack Randall eked out a 6-4 win over Ethan Nittolo and Hao Sheng Koy at first doubles to earn the point. Full Story...

Huskies Claim MAC Win Over Binghamton

ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team earned a 6-1 victory over Binghamton on Thursday afternoon at Boylan Tennis Center for its first Mid-American Conference victory of the season. With the win, NIU improves to 9-9 overall, 1-2 in MAC play. The Huskies took the doubles point to claim an early lead, sweeping the only two matches to finish. Freshman Mikko Malinen and sophomore Victor Spolidorio earned a 6-1 win over Kushaan Nath and Tiago Lourenco at number one while seniors Erich Schuette and Eric Marbach recorded a 6-1 victory at number three over Inigo Saez and Dylan Friedman. Full Story...

Toledo:
Men's Tennis Falls At Notre Dame

South Bend, Ind. - The University of Toledo men's tennis team fell to No. 14 Notre Dame, 7-0, on Sunday in South Bend, Ind.  The Rockets fought hard in doubles action, but failed to garner the doubles point. The senior duo of Omar Espinosa/Reid Teatsorth got within range of Paul Gota/Axel Nefve on the No. 2 court, but their match was left unfinished 4-5. In singles action, Espinosa won his first set, 7-5, against Daniel Rayl on the No. 3 court. Rayl pushed for a third set, winning the second 6-2 over Espinosa. Espinosa was unable to secure the win and dropped the third set 0-1. Full Story...

Rockets Edge Cardinals, 4-3

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's tennis team edged out Ball State, 4-3, at Shadow Valley Tennis Club in Maumee on Friday, improving its record to 9-8 on the season (2-1 in the MAC). The Rockets opened with doubles action, where junior Danilo Vukotic and senior Vince Anzalone defeated Tom Carney/Thibault de Negri 6-3 on the No. 2 court. The senior duo of Omar Espinosa/Luka Vitosevic clinched the doubles point by securing a 6-4 victory over twins Nemanja and Marko Guzina on the No. 1 court.  Full Story...

Broncos Sweep Binghamton

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team defeated Binghamton University 7-0 Saturday afternoon inside West Hills Athletic Club, improving to 4-0 in the Mid-American Conference. The Broncos made quick work of the Bearcats in doubles. WMU's No. 2 pair of Jannik Opitz and Kennosuke Nouchi won their seventh consecutive doubles match, while seniors Lenhard Haupt and Nick Schnobel sealed the point with a 6-2 win on court three. Full Story...
