Brock Mauller, Missouri—Freshman, Columbia, Mo. (Father Tolton High School)
Missouri freshman Brock Mauller at 149 lbs. upset the nation’s No. 5 wrestler in a dominant 10-4 decision over fifth-ranked Kaden Gfeller of Oklahoma State. Ranked No. 7 heading into the dual, Mauller extended his personal winning streak to 15 while earning his second win over a top-10 opponent in the last month. Mauller is now 25-1 during his true freshman season, the most wins for a Mizzou true freshman since three-time national champion J’den Cox had 38 as a true freshman in 2013-14. His win Saturday gave Mizzou a 9-7 dual lead over second-ranked Oklahoma State, a lead that it took into the 197-pound weight class before falling just shy of its 36th straight dual win with an OT loss at HWT.

Derek Spann, Buffalo—Sophomore, Boonville, N.Y. (Adirondak High School)
Buffalo sophomore Derek Spann at 133 lbs. stayed perfect on the season in duals by pinning Shakur Laney in a 26-12 win over Ohio on Sunday. Spann flipped Laney to his back midway through the third period and finally earned the pin with 19 seconds left on the clock. With the win, Spann improved to 15-0 on the season in dual matches.
Alijah Jeffery, Northern Illinois—Senior, Marion, Iowa (Linn Mar High School)
Northern Illinois senior Alijah Jeffery at 133 lbs. scored a pair of victories on a road trip to Kent State and Cleveland State and helped lead the Huskies to a 2-0 weekend. Jeffery, who improved to 16-8 on the season, opened the weekend with a 5-1 victory over Tim Rooney in NIU’s 22-13 victory at Kent State on Friday. He backed up that win with a 5-3 decision over Cleveland State’s Armando Torres the following day in the Huskies’ 26-7 victory against the Vikings.
Cameron Kelly, Ohio—Senior, Bellbrook, Ohio (Eureka High School)
Ohio senior Cameron Kelly at 141 lbs. helped the Bobcats (7-6, 4-3 MAC) split a pair of road dual meets last weekend. Kelly recorded an 18-2 win by technical fall over redshirt junior Lewis Williams at 141 pounds to help the Bobcats earn a 34-9 victory over Bloomsburg last Friday (Feb. 15). He then got the Bobcats on the board by winning by a 7-2 decision over Buffalo redshirt senior Bryan Lantry, who was ranked No. 8 in the nation, on Sunday (Feb. 17).
Colton McKiernan, SIU-Edwardsville—Freshman, Richmond, Mich. (Richmond High School)
SIU-Edwardsville freshman Colton McKiernan at 285 lbs. won heavyweight at the Last Chance Open (at Iowa State). McKiernan leads the team with nine pins.
